Financial management is critical for WIOA programs. Keep watch at all phases from fund allocation at the beginning of the program year down to tracking available funds throughout the year. Linking fund disbursement to services help keep track of spending at the individual client level. ASHTA can be configured to issue funds directly from the state ledger using published and secure microservices from the state financial system.

ASHTA allows to you to create and manage programs; even state specific programs. The system comes pre-configured with WIOA core programs Title I (Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth) and Title III (Employment Services including Wagner-Peyser, Business Services, and JSVG), as well as support for Trade Act and RESEA. ASHTA also supports the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL).
